Terms & Conditions

1. General
Vanntransfers provides private transfer services from/to Thessaloniki Airport (SKG), Halkidiki and other destinations in Northern Greece. By making a booking, the customer fully accepts these Terms.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
Bookings are made online, by email or WhatsApp. A booking is valid only after we confirm it by email. The customer is responsible for verifying all details (date, time, pickup point, flight number, passengers).
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are fixed, per vehicle, and include driver, fuel, tolls, VAT, meet & greet and standard luggage. Payment is made either online by card via Stripe, or in cash to the driver at the end of the trip.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup with an 80% refund back to your card.
- Alternatively, you may choose a full 100% refund as a coupon for a future booking, with no expiry date.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
- If your flight is canceled or significantly rescheduled, contact us immediately to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Flight delays & Waiting time
We monitor your flight in real time. Free waiting time of up to 60 minutes after landing is included on arrivals, and 15 minutes for other pickup points. Additional waiting time may be charged.
6. Customer Obligations
The customer must be at the pickup point on time, behave respectfully towards the driver and vehicle, and must not transport dangerous or illegal items. Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle. Any damage is charged to the customer.
7. Luggage & Child Seats
Standard luggage is included in the price. Extra or oversized luggage must be declared at booking. Child seats are provided free of charge on request.
8. Liability
All vehicles are fully insured according to Greek law. The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, traffic, strikes, exceptional road conditions). Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
